I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
I can draw: feral creatures, humans/humanoids, furries/anthros, original characters, fan characters, mild violence/blood, LGBTQIA+.
I will NOT draw: NSFW, gore, extreme violence, extremely suggestive themes, fetish art, hate art, references that are 100% AI-generated, extremely saturated/eyeburn colors (due to eyestrain).
Case-by-case basis: Extremely complex designs/backgrounds, mild horror, mild body horror, mild suggestive themes, canon fanart. I may be open to designing from a written/non-visual reference, but this will be subject to an extra fee.
If your subject type isn't listed, feel free to ask.
Number of subjects: My order form is currently limited to only 2 subjects per commission. If you would like to commission a larger piece (3 or more subjects), please email me first to discuss it ([email protected]).
Currency: All prices are in USD (US Dollars).
Payment method: I will only accept payment through PayPal invoice.
The base price will cover a moderately complex character design with a simple background. Based on the commission form you submit, I will quote you a final price before I send you an invoice.
The following will incur an additional charge: additional characters, complex backgrounds, complex designs, large prop or weapon, small pet/familiar.

These prices are subject to change in the future.The base price includes one character with a moderately complex design and a simple/transparent background. Additional characters in the same artwork will start at the same base price.Complex backgrounds will range from 10%-50% of the base price. The following will also incur an additional charge: complex designs, large prop or weapon, or a small pet/familiar.

Size Options
I provide fully rendered icons, busts, waist-ups, chibis, or full bodies. I currently do not provide unfinished artwork (such as lineart or flat colors) as commissions.
Icons are similar to headshots, but are restricted to a 1500x1500px square, and will be designed to look good in a circular or square configuration for social media. Since the focus will be primarily on the face, some features may be fully or partially cropped (such as horns, feathers, hats, etc).
Headshots will have unrestricted dimensions and will include all features above the shoulders. These will also be more room to include a complex background, if desired.
A chibi refers to a fullbody that has simplified proportions and/or a large head compared to the body (i.e. Spiral Knights, FFXIV Lalafells, most stage 1 Pokemon, etc.)
A waist-up only applies to a fully proportioned humanoid character where all features above the waist are included.
A full-body refers to a full-body view of any fully proportioned character. Subjects with 4 limbs include: humans, wolves, wyverns, eastern dragons. Subjects with 6 limbs include: western dragons, centaurs, gryphons. Subjects that do not fit neatly into either of these definitions (ex: insects, arachnids, snakes, whales) will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully so that you understand how the commissioning process will go and you are aware of your rights as a client. By commissioning me, you agree to all of the Terms of Service below.First and foremost, I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.Copyright and Personal Use
As the original artist, I retain ownership of the copyright for the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media or use it as promotional material for my commission sheets. However, I will honor any requests to keep the artwork private up to a certain date. If you would like to keep your artwork completely private, an additional NDA fee will apply.As the commissioner, you have the right to use your commission for personal use. You may display or print it in limited quantities (i.e. stickers or apparel) for personal use. Any profit-making or commercial use is prohibited, which includes the use of my art for NFTs or AI.Artist Credit
If you use my artwork as an icon or banner, or reupload my artwork to your own social media, you must credit me by my username (@SpiritCrowArt). You cannot claim that you were the original artist.Payment
Full payment is required after I send you the rough sketch. Once you agree to the quoted price, I will send you a PayPal invoice to the provided email. You are expected to pay the invoice within 72 hours or you will forfeit your slot. Payment plans can be discussed for commissions exceeding $200 USD.Timeframe
I will complete most commissions within 2-4 weeks after the invoice has been paid. I will update you at every major step (sketch, lines, etc) along the way. Please be patient with me, as I am a full-time student with other obligations irl.If you would like your commission done by a hard deadline, you must fill out the order form at least 1 month in advance AND the timeframe must work for me based on my outside obligations. Any rush orders made within less than a month may incur additional rush fees.Edits and Revisions
Major edits can only be made during the rough sketch phase. After I have progressed further than the rough sketch, I will only accept minor edits. Any major edits that are requested after the rough sketch phase will be subject to additional charges.Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you want to cancel the commission after it has already been started, you will receive a partial refund based on how much progress I have made. If you cancel on me twice, I may choose not to work with you again.If I cancel for personal reasons (due to an obligation or emergency) or the commission has not been completed within 3 months of the invoice date, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal email.
