General Commissions

Commission openings will usually be announced on my social media, but I am also open to inquiries even if my commissions aren't explicitly open.If you would like email updates when I open commissions, please follow my VGen page! Please include the commission type and a reference of your character.(NOTE: this list is still being updated as I add more menu options. Pixel Art Portraits (100 x 100 px)
$55 USD

A 100 x 100 px portrait of your character, complete with a background! Animated elements can be added for an extra fee.

Small Pixel Fullbody
$50 USD

A small pixel fullbody of a simple (or simplified) character, with a simple or transparent background. These will vary in size but are typically around 64x64 px. Animated elements can be added for an extra fee.

Medium Pixel Fullbody
$120-150 USD

A medium pixel fullbody of a character, with a simple or transparent background. These are ideal for somewhat detailed creatures with a few detailed textures such as fur and feathers. These will vary in size but are typically around 120px to 170px on the long side.

Large Pixel Fullbody
$200-250 USD

A large pixel fullbody of a character, with a simple or transparent background. These are ideal for very detailed creatures with lots of complex textures such as fur and feathers. These will vary in size but are typically around 200px to 250px on the long side.

Animation Commissions

⚠️ WARNING: this page is extremely GIF heavy, as it will display examples of my animated work!Due to the varying complexity of animations (whether they be a simple blink animation or a complex frame-by-frame animation), the prices for these animated commissions will vary.If you would like a specific price quote for an animated piece, please feel free to reach out to me via email ([email protected]) with a reference of your character and the scope of the project you are looking for. Note that in most cases, complex designs will need to be simplified to make them more easily animated.

Simple Blink Animation
$60 USD

A portrait animation with only the eyes blinking, a simple background, and no other animated elements.

Complex Blink Animation
$100+ USD

A portrait animation with a blinking animation and other animated elements such as an animated background, multiple eyes, and/or wiggly lines.

Motion Animations
$100-150+ USD

The price will vary on these depending on how complex the motion animation is!

Commission TOS

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully so you are aware of your rights as a client and my rights as the artist. By commissioning me, you agree to all of the Terms of Service below.I will NOT draw: NSFW, gore, extreme violence, suggestive themes, fetish art, hate art, AI-generated references, or extremely saturated/eyeburn colors. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.I may be open to drawing certain themes (mild horror, mild body horror, cartoon violence), but this must be discussed before I accept your commission.Copyright, Personal Use, Commercial Use
As the original artist, I retain ownership of the copyright for the commissioned artwork (unless commercial rights are sold). I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media or use it as promotional material for my commission sheets. However, I will honor any requests to keep the artwork private up to a certain date. If you would like to keep your artwork completely private, an additional NDA fee will apply.As the commissioner, you have the right to use your commission for personal use. You may display or print it in limited quantities (i.e. stickers or prints) for personal use. Any NFT creation or AI training on my art is strictly prohibited.Commercial usage rights may be discussed for an extra fee, depending on the scope of the usage.Artist Credit
If you use my artwork as an icon or banner, or reupload my artwork to your own social media, please credit my username (@SpiritCrowArt). You cannot claim that you were the original artist.Payment
Full payment is required after I send you the rough sketch. Once you agree to the quoted price, I will send you a PayPal invoice to the provided email. You are expected to pay the invoice within 72 hours or you will forfeit your slot. Split payment or payment plans can be discussed for commissions exceeding $150 USD.Timeframe
I will complete most commissions within 2-4 weeks after the invoice has been paid. Please be patient with me, as I am a full-time student with other obligations IRL.If you would like your commission done by a hard deadline, you must fill out the order form at least 2 months in advance AND the timeframe must work for me.Edits and Revisions
For most commissions, I will update you at every major step (sketch, lines, color) along the way. Major edits can only be made during the rough sketch phase. After I have progressed further than the rough sketch, I will only accept minor edits. Any major edits that are requested after the rough sketch phase will be subject to additional charges.For express-style commissions (anything icon-sized or smaller), typically only 1 rough sketch WIP will be provided, with opportunities for minor adjustments once the final product has been delivered.Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you want to cancel the commission after it has already been started, you will receive a partial refund based on how much progress I have made. If you cancel on me twice, I may choose not to work with you again.If I cancel for personal reasons (due to an obligation or emergency) or the commission has not been completed within 3 months of the invoice date, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal email.
